These WWE Raw results are from the April 27, 2026, episode from the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. While some are celebrating their WrestleMania moments, others are making plans for Backlash, just two weeks away.
Seth Rollins cut an in-ring promo to blame Bron Breakker for his setbacks lately, before calling him to the ring. Breakker, accompanied by Paul Heyman, was quick to oblige.
Rollins wanted to know why Breakker keeps cutting off his opportunities after bringing him into the spotlight. The answer was to get Heyman on his side. The two will face off at Backlash.
The first match of the evening was “The Bulgarian Brute” Rusev versus WWE Intercontinental Champion Penta. “All Ego” Ethan Page came to observe the match at ringside.
Rusev was in control for most of this match, manhandling the smaller man, only for Penta to pull out a victory by reversing into a rollup. The Bulgarian jumped his opponent post-match, and Page joined the action. The champ was in trouble until “The Young OG” Je’Von Evans evened the numbers to end the segment.
WWE Women’s Intercontinental Champion “The Man” Becky Lynch was next up for an in-ring promo. After a lengthy, unnecessary dialogue about winning the title, Lynch issued an open challenge, which was answered by “The Genius of the Sky” Iyo Sky.
Lynch declined the match, claiming Sky is washed up, old news, among other personal digs. After a smack to the face, The Man tried to escape; however, general manager Adam Pearce appeared to make the match official.
The match had a natural flow, including multiple believable false finishes. While not the strongest two women in the division, it was otherwise a PLE-quality match. “The Empress of Tomorrow” Asuka showed up, costing Sky the match. Furthermore, she choked her out to end the segment. It makes sense to protect her in the loss, but it’s always enjoyable to see a clean finish.
They said his name, and Joe Hendry appeared to perform a song in the ring. The song was about how he’s officially signed to Raw, and he also acknowledged WWE World Heavyweight Champion, “The Tribal Chief” Roman Reigns. From there, he got the crowd to sing “fire Logan Paul.” The WWE World Tag Team Champions, The Vision (Paul and Austin Theory), showed up in a tiff. The brawl was interrupted by The Street Profits (Dontez Ford and Angelo Dawkins), who want those titles.
WWE Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio had a singles match against El Grande Americano, accompanied by Los Americanos (Bravo and Rayo). Americano was in control and went for the steel plate he’d been putting into his mask, but The Original El Grande Americano showed up to put an end to it. The commotion allowed Mysterio to regroup and hit a 619 to win the match.
Grayson Waller was begging for an opportunity, but likely didn’t expect Pearce to send “The Ruler” Oba Femi his way. Femi won within seconds, before taking a microphone to announce the introduction to the “Oba Femi Open Challenge.”
Lyra Valkyria and Bayley versus The Judgement Day (Roxanne Perez and Raquel Rodriguez), accompanied by WWE World Champion Liv Morgan, was next. While the stiff physicality wasn’t there, it had great pace and high-level reversals. Morgan distracted Bayley for this finish, allowing Perez to pick up the pinfall victory.
Reigns was next for an in-ring promo. His point was valid – he now owns the title they made to counterbalance when he was the WWE Champion on SmackDown. “The Samoan Werewolf” Jacob Fatu, after challenging the champ last week, couldn’t wait to hear any more of the promo.
After a verbal back-and-forth, Reigns denied the challenge. Before the champ could explain himself, he was attacked by Fatu, who left him hurting in the ring. This attack angered The Tribal Chief into accepting the challenge for his title at Backlash.
These WWE Raw results included Page accompanying the other talent in the Intercontinental Championship picture, a brand-name women’s IC match, and the official announcement for Reigns vs. Fatu at WWE Backlash. Stay tuned to Stadium Rant for the latest heading up to the event.
