WWE Superstar John Cena was turning up the heat on the most recent episode of Raw. He turned heel for those living under a rock, and has been cutting vicious promos ever since. Following up on his words from last week, this wrestling legend was in the kitchen, cooking, once again.
After his debut heel promo last week, Cena showed more ruthless aggression than ever in this week’s episode of Raw. From insulting any fans who cheer him, to making fun of a child who was decked out, head to toe, in Cena merch, the heat has been greater than even expected. After low-blowing the champion and the verbal assassinations, how did he level up this heel character further?
The booking has been perfect, and Cena announced the next steps in his dastardly plan on the latest Raw. The WWE Universe has only asked for more from the superstar, never returning any of the love or checking in with him. After defeating Rhodes for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship at WrestleMania, he plans to ruin wrestling for everyone.
Cena announced his intention to retire the belt after winning it at WrestleMania. From stealing the championship fans have grown to love, to leaving Ric Flair’s record in the dust, there are plenty of intentions to his plan. Whether cheering for him or booing him out of the building, he has found an angle to make just about anyone upset.
The world has been upside-down from the biggest heel turn since Hulk Hogan. Who could have predicted John Cena, in black gear, making fun of kids? The man has granted over 650 Make-A-Wish visits for goodness’ sake, the most by anyone. Fans have been waiting to see him alongside The Rock since forming this faction, which is rumoured to have two more incoming members. The WWE Universe is anxious for more of this storyline, including the two mystery slots seemingly available.
