This WWE Raw after WrestleMania recap is from the April 20, 2026, episode from the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. Catch up on all the fallout, plus surprises one might expect from the post-Mania episode.
WrestleMania Fallout: Obi Femi Retired Brock Lesnar
This WWE Raw after WrestleMania recap opened with Oba Femi, fresh off a victory that retired “The Beast Incarnate” Brock Lesnar. This is not the way to kickstart the first episode after the event. All he said was, “The ruler has arrived.” That’s it – he then dropped the microphone and hit a pose.
MIC. DROP.

Iyo Sky & Rhea Ripley Vs. The Kabuki Warriors
Iyo Sky and new WWE Women’s Champion, Rhea Ripley, teamed up to take on The Kabuki Warriors (Asuka and Kairi Sane). This was another strange booking for a star fresh off a WrestleMania win. Why put the new champion straight into a tag match?
RHIYO on top. 😤

What a win for @RheaRipley_WWE and @Iyo_SkyWWE!!! pic.twitter.com/IvDbYDpBXZ
It appeared to be a farewell story for Ripley and Sky, but it was unnecessary. Everybody appeared soft, like room-temperature butter, and the outcome was never in doubt. Sane took the pinfall loss for her team.
CM Punk & The Bloodline
Following losing the WWE World Heavyweight Championship to Roman Reigns at WrestleMania, CM Punk took to the ring to list all of the loved ones he’s lost recently, before transitioning to losing the title. Punk explained he’s going to stay ready, because you never know when a title shot may arrive. That’s the moment the music of Undisputed WWE Champion “The American Nightmare” Cody Rhodes hit the airwaves.
"Just say when."

Rhodes appeared to have shoot injuries on his face from the punt kick he received from “The Viper” Randy Orton at WrestleMania. The champion said, “Just say when.”
Ethan Page Debut – Raw After WrestleMania Recap
“All Ego” Ethan Page made his debut match in this Raw after WrestleMania recap, against Je’Von Evans. Everything was straightforward until “The Bulgarian Brute” Rusev appeared ringside, upset with Evans for hitting his finisher on him during the ladder match at WrestleMania. This led to Page hitting his finisher, Twisted Grin, to pick up the pinfall victory.
STATEMENT. MADE.

Rusev has his sights set on the Intercontinental Championship! 😤@ToBeMiro | #RawAfterMania pic.twitter.com/p7K4sNUIln
Rusev stormed Evans post-match to inflict further punishment. WWE Intercontinental Champion Penta tried to assist, but the Bulgarian was too angry and powerful. Page was delighted to walk away from the scene.
Liv Morgan, Meet Sol Ruca
New WWE Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan, accompanied by Judgement Day (JD McDonagh, AAA Mega Champion Dominik Mysterio, Roxanne Perez, and Raquel Rodriguez), came to the ring to celebrate. Morgan delivered a few minutes of vanilla dialogue before being interrupted by Sol Ruca. The champ wasn’t too pleased with being interrupted, resulting in general manager Adam Pearce booking a match between the two, right then and there.
HOLD UP! 😱

Sol Ruca vs. Liv Morgan is going down RIGHT NOW on the #RawAfterMania!!!@SolRucaWWE | @YaOnlyLivvOnce pic.twitter.com/ufQIgRN4HK
Ruca actually controlled Morgan for most of the match. That is, until her NXT friend-turned-rival, Zaria, showed up to turn the tide. The champion ultimately picked up the pinfall victory before coming face-to-face with former WWE Women’s World Champion, Stephanie Vauqer, at the top of the entrance ramp.
Paul Heyman Tributes Retired Brock Lesnar
The Vision (WWE World Tag Team Champions Logan Paul and Austin Theory with Paul Heyman) entered for an in-ring promo next in this Raw after WrestleMania recap. Heyman led with a heartfelt message to Lesnar, who surprisingly retired at WrestleMania, before getting back to business.

Bron Breakker, Seth Rollins, & The Street Profits
Heyman tried to hand things off to Paul for a promo, but the WWE Universe in attendance did all they could to drown him out. Albeit with clever wordplay and heel heat, he just wanted to blame iShowSpeed for their WrestleMania loss. Enter Bron Breakker, who made his surprise return at WrestleMania, hitting Seth Rollins with a spear to cost him the match against Gunther.
HE'S. BACK.

Bron Breakker is ready to change the landscape of #WWERaw once again. 😤@bronbreakkerwwe | @HeymanHustle | #RawAfterMania pic.twitter.com/cBa7JOGnOl
Rollins rushed them all from behind with a steel chair mere moments later, but the three-on-one fight was still too big of a hill to climb. This brought on the surprise return of the Street Profits (Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins).
When the dust settled, it was only Breakker and Rollins in the ring. Bron’s first spear was reversed, but it was false hope. He’d quickly hit two concurrent spears to end the segment.
Finn Balor Vs. JD McDonagh
The next match was Finn Balor versus McDonagh. It may have only been about seven minutes, but they were extremely physical. Both men also had violent matches at WrestleMania on the weekend, and Balor still ended up with a bloody mouth at the end of this one. Mysterio rushed the victor post-match, but it was still The Judgement Day powdering to end the segment.
Jacob Fatu Vs. The Bloodline
Reigns, accompanied by The Usos (“Main Event” Jey and “Big” Jim Uso), came to the ring with microphones for the final segment. The first thing the champ did was propose reuniting The Bloodline. The moment they began celebrating the reunion triggered the entrance music for “The Samoan Werewolf” Jacob Fatu. He challenged for the newly acquired WWE World Heavyweight Championship. Fatu, however, is forced to wait until next week’s episode of Raw.
