NFL power rankings, bold predictions, sleeper picks, it doesn’t matter what it is. This deep into the offseason, speculation is everywhere. This is also the time for calling your shot. The betting odds look extremely lucrative in the offseason, and calling the Super Bowl champion is nice to hang your hat on.
Here are the top five teams, ranked from worst to best, to win Super Bowl LXI. All betting odds are from FanDuel Sportsbook.
Betting Odds: +1100
The Ravens have made the playoffs in six of their last eight seasons. Lamar Jackson is a two-time NFL MVP and has a case for being the best quarterback in the league. They’ve been knocking on the door for too long but haven’t found a way over the hump.
The Ravens have only been to the AFC Championship once since winning Super Bowl XLVII in 2013. That appearance came in 2024, when they lost to the Kansas City Chiefs.
Of the five betting odds favorites, Baltimore is at the bottom of the pack. The team hired Los Angeles Chargers defensive coordinator Jesse Minter to be the new head coach. This is their first year without John Harbaugh since 2008.
Jackson struggled with injuries last season, and the offensive flaws stuck out in his absence. With players like Tyler Linderbaum and Isaiah Likely leaving in free agency, it’s hard to imagine the roster will be an improvement in 2026.
Betting Odds: +1500
Speaking of knocking on the door, the 49ers have been to the Super Bowl twice in the last seven years. With two more NFC Championship appearances to boot, they’ve dealt with plenty of heartbreak in recent years.
Consistency gives San Francisco the edge over Baltimore, despite the odds saying otherwise. Kyle Shanahan is entering his 10th season as head coach, Brock Purdy is entering his fifth season at quarterback, and Christian McCaffrey is still a weapon in the backfield.
The Niners are also expecting George Kittle, Nick Bosa, and Fred Warner back in the lineup to start the year. They added wide receiver Mike Evans in free agency, who has become the poster boy for consistency.
San Francisco still has a contending roster. Injuries have crushed them over the years, but Shanahan has proven he can win despite that. If health is on their side, they might finally break down the door.
Betting Odds: +1100
The Bills haven’t missed the playoffs in seven years. They’ve dominated the AFC East for the majority of that time, but have yet to make it past the AFC Championship.
Buffalo fired head coach Sean McDermott following another early playoff exit. He was subsequently replaced by offensive coordinator Joe Brady. Consistency is rearing its head again with the internal hire.
Josh Allen is an elite quarterback, right with Jackson for the best in the NFL. Brady has been a big reason for his success, and he’s now calling the shots. Buffalo also traded for D.J. Moore to give Allen a true top wide receiver.
The Bills are the Bills, and it’s unlikely Brady gets the job done in his first season as head coach. Regardless of those circumstances, they are still one of the best teams in the NFL. It’s well past time they get over the hump.
Betting Odds: +1100
The Seahawks’ rise in 2025 was swift and painful for opposing teams. They went 14-3, their most wins in a season since the team’s inception. Sam Darnold shook off his early career struggles in year one with Seattle and won Super Bowl LX.
A huge reason for Seattle’s success is its unbelievable defense. They allowed a league-low 17.2 points per game, and 31 total touchdowns in 2025. In Super Bowl LX, they recorded six sacks, two interceptions, and a touchdown against the New England Patriots.
The Seahawks lost some players to free agency. Running back Kenneth Walker, cornerback Riq Woolen, and safety Coby Bryant are the most notable. They’re now working with a rookie at running back, Notre Dame’s Jadarian Price.
If Seattle’s defense can pick up where it left off, another Super Bowl run is certainly in the cards. It’s also hard to bet too heavily on them when you look at their division rival.
Betting Odds: +550
The Rams are the runaway Super Bowl favorites going into 2026, and for good reason. They won Super Bowl LVI in 2022, and have made the playoffs in three of the four years since then.
LA lost in the NFC Championship to the Seahawks last year, a failure they didn’t take lightly. They traded for star cornerback Trent McDuffie and the reigning Defensive Player of the Year, Myles Garrett.
Matthew Stafford is approaching the end of his career, but he’s coming off a stellar season where he won the NFL MVP award. The Rams’ offense led the league in points scored per game (30.5) and total yards per game (394.6).
If LA’s weakness is the defense, that shouldn’t be the case now. Garrett and McDuffie are huge pieces to add and will pay dividends for Sean McVay’s team. They are the team to beat in 2026, so much so that even Aaron Donald is mulling a return from retirement.
Any team can shine in the NFL during any given year. The Patriots came off a 4-13 season in 2024 and turned it around to a Super Bowl appearance the following year.
The top choices in the betting odds aren’t always surefire choices. They are, however, still smart to ride with.
