B-Fab and Michin won the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship on the Oct. 23 SmackDown at Toyota Arena in Ontario, California. The challengers beat Alexa Bliss and Tatum Paxley. Jade Cargill was at ringside for the new champions and played a direct part in the finish. Cargill has stood with the pair since March.
Jade Cargill Joined Forces With B-Fab And Michin In March
B-Fab split from The Street Profits in February 2025 and began teaming with Michin. Both women were off television at the start of 2026. The pair returned on the Feb. 20 SmackDown. Michin confronted Cargill backstage with a kendo stick and blamed the then-WWE Women’s Champion for an injury.
Before the March 20 SmackDown, the most recent television matches for B-Fab and Michin were losses to Cargill. The feud flipped that night. Cargill turned down a fight with Rhea Ripley, the Women’s Elimination Chamber winner, and started to leave the ring. B-Fab and Michin blocked the exit and teased a showdown before siding with the champion.
The trio attacked Ripley, and a Jaded ended the assault. In an X post after the show, Cargill called the pair friends by way of a shared enemy. Ripley won the WWE Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 42, but the alliance stayed together.
Cargill Scored The Falls In Two Six-Woman Wins
At Saturday Night’s Main Event on May 23 in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Cargill, B-Fab, and Michin beat Ripley, Charlotte Flair, and Bliss. Cargill pinned Ripley with Jaded after a pump kick. The bout ran 16:45.
The same trio met Flair, Bliss, and Paxley at Sunday Night’s Main Event on Sept. 6 at State Farm Arena in Atlanta. Late in the match, B-Fab kicked Paxley into Flair to break up a submission attempt. Cargill then caught Flair with Jaded for the pin.
Cargill Wore Down Bliss Long Before The Title Match
On the May 15 SmackDown, B-Fab and Michin faced Flair and Bliss in a tag team bout. Bliss hit Sister Abigail on B-Fab and went for the cover. Cargill pulled Bliss out of the ring before the three-count. The interference drew a disqualification, and B-Fab avoided a pinfall loss. The trio attacked Flair and Bliss after the bell.
Cargill beat Bliss in a singles match on the July 10 SmackDown. Afterward, B-Fab and Michin held Flair back while Cargill trapped Bliss’ arm in a steel chair. Bliss posted photos of a bruised elbow on X the next day.
On the Oct. 9 SmackDown in Lafayette, Louisiana, Cargill, B-Fab, and Michin attacked Flair backstage before Flair and Paxley’s title match against Fatal Influence. Flair was ruled unable to compete, and Bliss took the open spot. The replacement team beat Fallon Henley and Lainey Reid for the gold that night.
One Punch From Cargill Decided The Oct. 23 Title Match
Bliss and Paxley got in plenty of offense. Paxley hit a moonsault off the apron, and Bliss landed a DDT and a top-rope crossbody. Michin later blocked Paxley’s Cemetery Drive by holding the ropes. With the referee out of position, Cargill punched Paxley from ringside.
Michin hit Paxley with the Styles Clash for the three-count. The victory gave each member of the team a first WWE championship. On X after the show, Michin wrote, “So thankful to achieve this in my hometown.”
End Of My WWE Rant
The new champions earned the photo op, and the reign goes in the record books. Michin hit the Styles Clash. Cargill threw the punch that made it possible. Without that shot to Paxley, the match keeps going, and the outcome is anybody’s guess.
The debt runs deeper than one Friday night. Cargill had already beaten B-Fab and Michin, then gave the pair a seat at the head table. Jaded ended both Main Event specials. Bliss was yanked off a cover in May and chaired in July, and Flair lost a title shot in October. Every step of this run has Cargill’s name on it.
Cargill’s help does not make the reign fake. B-Fab waited about seven years for WWE gold, and Michin raised the title in front of a hometown crowd. The bill still comes due. Favors from Cargill are never free, and the new champions need a title defense without ringside help before anyone calls this team self-made.
