The WrestleMania 41 card is set to take center stage at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. Many feuds have been on the front burner since Royal Rumble, and they will be settled on the grandest stage of them all.
Stadium Rant examines these feuds closely and ranks them from the best (S-tier) to the worst (F-tier).
S-Tier
John Cena vs. Cody Rhodes
When John Cena showed up at the Raw debut on Netflix, confirming that this was his final year as a professional wrestler, many expected the 16-time champion to compete in the Royal Rumble and even win. Cena was eliminated by Jey Uso and set his sights on the Elimination Chamber to compete for a No. 1 contender slot.
After winning the Elimination Chamber, Cena rightly booked his WrestleMania ticket, challenging Rhodes for the WWE Undisputed Championship. He shocked the world when he turned heel in a post-match beatdown of Rhodes. In the following weeks, it has been a promo masterclass from Cena and Rhodes, making this feud the hottest in professional wrestling.
A-Tier
Drew McIntyre vs. Damien Priest
Triple H and the creative team should be commended for the continuity following this feud. In WrestleMania 40, Drew McIntyre defeated Seth Rollins for the World Heavyweight Championship and held it for just five minutes before Damian Priest cashed in his Money in the Bank contract. Both men briefly feuded for the title but McIntyre’s feud with CM Punk was hotter.
Fast forward to the Royal Rumble in January, Priest eliminates McIntyre in Indianapolis. McIntyre smashes John Cena with a Claymore Kick in the Elimination Chamber, but Priest was on hand to pin McIntyre, killing his championship dreams. This paved the way for a red-hot feud between the hard-hitting big men. There have been a lot of beatdowns, promos, and pure hatred between both men, making this feud sizzle.
Jey Uso vs. Gunther
No one expected Jey Uso to win the Royal Rumble, but when he did, it only made sense to challenge Gunther for the World Heavyweight Championship. The feud had a somewhat lackluster build from the onset, but things turned up a notch when Jimmy Uso was introduced to the picture.
Gunther’s demolition of Jimmy lit up a fuse under Jey, and his last promo on Monday Night Raw was a home run.
CM Punk vs. Roman Reigns vs. Seth Rollins
This feud has a lot of history written over it, and the addition of Paul Heyman to the mix spiced things up a notch. All three superstars are amazing talkers and are excellent in the squared circle. The build-up has been slow and methodical, and it is well-deserving of its main event slot at the card.
B-Tier
Jade Cargill vs. Naomi
This feud had a strange beginning because no one knew who attacked Jade Cargill, and more importantly, no one seemed to care. Naomi just came in, slotted alongside Bianca Belair, and defended the Women’s Tag Team Championships before a losing effort against Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez.
Jade Cargill made her long-awaited comeback in the Elimination Chamber and beat Naomi, showing the WWE universe who the culprit was.
Bron Breakker vs. Penta vs. Dominik Mysterio vs. Finn Balor
Bron Breakker has been a great intercontinental champion, although his reign has not been as dominant as Gunther’s. Having a multi-man match involving the high-flying lucha, Penta, as well as two Judgment Day members adds further fuel to the fire of the group’s imminent dissolution.
LA Knight vs. Jacob Fatu
LA Knight has had his clashes with the Bloodline, and he’s about to face the strongest opponent from that faction with his United States Championship up for grabs in WrestleMania.
The Samoan Werewolf is a formidable opponent and it will be a true test of LA Knight’s mettle.
C-Tier
Bianca Belair vs. Rhea Ripley vs. Iyo Sky
It was puzzling to see Iyo Sky get a championship shot after Rhea Ripley screwed her in her Elimination Chamber qualifying bout with Liv Morgan. Bianca Belair valiantly won the Women’s Elimination Chamber and was expected to challenge Ripley for the title, but Ripley lost to Sky in the Raw after the Chamber.

This was followed by a series of shenanigans that culminated with Adam Pearce making the match a triple threat in WrestleMania. These ladies have what it takes to steal the show at WrestleMania, but the build was nothing to write home about.
Rey Mysterio vs. El Grande Americano
I love El Grande Americano and all the character work Chad Gable has put into it, but there was zero build to it. Rey demanded a match from Adam Pearce, and he got it.
D-Tier
Charlotte Flair vs. Tiffany Stratton
From a human perspective, it was good seeing Charlotte Flair return to the squared circle after a year away from action due to injury, but she was a questionable choice to win the Royal Rumble. Her post-Rumble promo saw her act like a babyface, which the fans resented, and WWE pivoted to make her a heel.
Her choice of Tiffany Stratton for WrestleMania looked good, but their promo battles didn’t light up any fireworks. Instead, it exposed their insecurities to the point that both women went off-script, shooting at each other.
The New Day vs. The War Raiders
When Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods turned on Big E, many great things were expected from the New Day. Sadly, WWE didn’t capitalize on the heat, and the New Day has been in the trenches for several weeks.
A makeshift feud with the War Raiders came to fruition just a couple of weeks ago, and both teams are expected to slug it out at WrestleMania.
F-Tier
Logan Paul vs. AJ Styles
Logan Paul may be one of the most naturally talented wrestlers on the roster, while AJ Styles is a grizzled veteran, but this feud came out of nowhere. All it took was one segment between Logan Paul, a celebrity comedian and AJ Styles and a WrestleMania match was born.
WWE can do better.
Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez vs. Bayley and Lyra Valkyria
Bianca Belair and Naomi / Jade Cargill added some much-needed legitimacy to the Women’s Tag Team Championships and their match against Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez was a banger.
After the huge win, Liv and Raquel returned to Judgment Day business, and the tag belts became an afterthought. Rather than look for a new team to feud with the champs, WWE rolled out a last-minute gauntlet match that saw Lyra Valkyria and Bayley win. These are the same women that feuded for the Women’s Intercontinental Championship just a few days ago.
End of WrestleMania Rant
The WrestleMania card is stacked, and the matches will be memorable. All roads lead to Allegiant Stadium for the Showcase of the Immortals.
