These WWE Raw results are from the May 18, 2026, episode. What exactly unfolded as storylines for Saturday Night’s Main Event and Clash in Italy become clear?

Roman Reigns, Jacob Fatu, & Tribal Combat

These WWE Raw results open with WWE World Heavyweight Champion, “The OTC” Roman Reigns, demanding that general manager Adam Pearce let him take care of “The Samoan Werewolf” Jacob Fatu. While they were arguing, Fatu’s music actually hit, and he got to the ring first. His plea, however, was answered by The Usos (“Big” Jim and “Main Event” Jey Uso).

Fatu no-sold a chair shot to get the better of both Usos, before Reigns’ music hit. The champ and The Samoan Werewolf started to brawl, with The OTC ultimately a victim of the Tongan Death Grip.

The Usos had time to recover, and the trio tied up Fatu in the ropes. After beating him senseless, a Tribal Combat match was announced for Clash in Italy.

JD McDonagh Vs. Finn Balor – WWE Raw Results

The first match of the evening was JD McDonagh versus Finn Balor in a street fight. It started promptly, including brutal kendo-stick strikes and the smashing of steel chairs. Weapons aside, they had also elite reversals and false finishes.

“Dirty” Dominik Mysterio eventually came to aid McDonagh, but it was not to be. Balor was rolling and took care of both. This was a PLE-level match on Raw, with both participants leaving bruised and bleeding.

Becky Lynch & Sol Ruca

Sol Ruca called out WWE Women’s Intercontinental Champion, “The Man” Becky Lynch, who was quick to oblige. The result of the altercation and generic banter was a non-title match announced for the upcoming Saturday Night’s Main Event.

The Original Vs. The Real

The next match was a trios tornado match between Los Americanos Hermanos and “The Original” El Grande Americano, and “The Real” El Grande Americano and Los Americanos. WWE continues to build the mask vs.-mask match for May 30, 2026, in AAA. They hyped up how popular “The Real” one is, leading up to him getting the pinfall for his team’s victory.

WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship Match

The Judgment Day (Roxanne Perez and Raquel Rodriguez), accompanied by WWE Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan, has a shot at the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship. WWE Hall of Famer Brie Bella and Paige entered the defense outnumbered at ringside. The champs continue to work too softly, with no believable strikes and the weakest of slams. Morgan tried to assist her faction mates in the win, but ended up costing them the match.

That didn’t stop Judgement Day from jumping the victors post-match. Bayley and Lyra Valkyria dropped by to help the champions, but also let them know their intentions of taking the straps.

Brock Lesnar Answers Oba Femi Open Challenge

Despite nobody answering the call last week, The Oba Femi open challenge continued. This week, before he could even finish his entrance, the WWE Universe was hit with one of the better plays in recent history. Femi was jumped by “The Beast Incarnate” Brock Lesnar, who had implied retirement after recently losing to him. When the show came back from commercial, Paul Heyman handed Pearce a contract that Lesnar signed for a match at Clash in Paris.

Seth Rollins Vs. Austin Theory – WWE Raw Results

Seth “Freakin” Rollins had a singles match against one-half of the WWE World Tag Team Champions, Austin Theory, accompanied by partner Logan Paul. Rollins put on a masterclass of selling as they worked an ankle injury. Paul made numerous attempts to aid his partner, but it wasn’t enough to defeat Rollins.

Paul rushed Rollins after the three-count, but the champs were dismantled by their challengers for the titles at Clash in Italy: The Street Profits (Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins). Bron Breakker wasn’t a fan of that and took care of Ford and Dawkins. Rollins tried to fight back, but it was three-on-one at that point. Pearce put an end to the assault, and this episode of Raw.
