These WWE SmackDown results are from the May 15, 2026, episode in Colombia, South Carolina. Stories continue to evolve as Clash in Italy and Saturday Night’s Main Event approach.

Trick Williams, Kit Wilson, & The Miz

WWE United States Champion Trick Williams and Lil Yaughty opened SmackDown by cutting an in-ring promo. It was largely to pander to the hometown crowd and boast, before being interrupted by Kit Wilson and The Miz. A brawl ensued, resulting in Miz vs. Williams in singles action.

Miz kicked out a few more times than expected, but the result was foreseeable. Yaughty stopped Williams from getting struck by a kendo stick, leading to the champ’s victory.

WWE Women’s World Tag Team Championship Match

WWE Women’s World Tag Team Champions Paige and WWE Hall of Famer Brie Bella put the titles on the line against Giulia and Kiana James. The champs both looked far too weak and unathletic to be in the ring with their opponents. Paige picked up the pinfall for her team’s victory, and was so gassed you’d think she put on a thirty-minute classic.

Cody Rhodes, Gunther, & Royce Keys

Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes called “The Ring General” Gunther out to sign the contract for a title match at Clash in Italy. Gunther showed, but started laying out stipulations. This led to a surprise appearance from Royce Keys, who said he’ll sign it. General manager Adam Pearce announced a number one contender’s match between the two later in the evening.

Carmelo Hayes Vs. Ricky Saints – WWE SmackDown Results

Carmelo Hayes versus “Absolute” Ricky Saints was next. They had a physical back-and-forth, even a few believable false finishes. Saints tried to use the ropes for leverage in a pinfall, but the referee noticed. Moments later, Hayes used the ropes for leverage as well, but it went unnoticed for the finish.

Damian Priest Vs. Tama Tonga – WWE SmackDown Results

One-half of the WWE World Tag Team Champions, Damian Priest, had a singles match against Tama Tonga. Both planted a couple of potatoes, but the match was otherwise boring. It was a short match with just one finisher and no false finishes. The MFTs jumped Priest after his victory, leaving him on the mat to end the segment.

Jade Cargill, Charlotte Flair, & Alexa Bliss

Jade Cargill, accompanied by B-Fab and Michin, went to the ring and grabbed a microphone. The dialogue was cut short by Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss. There was too much fluffy time filler, only to set up a tag match for Michin to watch. The match itself was choppy and soft, mainly to build heat between Cargill and Flair. The match was thrown out when the observer became a participant.

Gunthers Vs. Royce Keys – WWE SmackDown Results

It was time for the match between Gunther and Keys to determine the number one contender for the Undisputed WWE Championship. Both big men had their moment to inflict genuine punishment, as the match went back and forth throughout.

The finish saw Keys accidentally knock Gunther into the referee, before Solo Sikoa threw in a chair for him to use. He didn’t want to win that way, so he launched it back at Sikoa. The commotion was enough of a distraction to lead to his demise. Rhodes took advantage The Ring General during his celebration, going out on top to end the show.
