With teams like the Detroit Lions and Cincinnati Bengals on a bye this week, fantasy football streamers will be needed. Fantasy studs like Jared Goff, Joe Burrow, Jahmyr Gibbs, Amon-Ra St. Brown, Sam LaPorta, and Ja’Marr Chase are out, as is the top-rated Minnesota Vikings defense.

Replacements are needed throughout the entire roster for some fantasy owners. With that in mind, here are five intriguing fantasy football streamers (all available in at least 50 percent of most leagues) for this coming weekend’s action.

1) Germie Bernard At Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Germie Bernard starts the fantasy football streamers list. The rookie from Alabama capitalized on his expanded role last week, finishing with 80 yards on six catches. Bernard led the Steelers in targets in last week’s victory over the Indianapolis Colts, handling most of the short-to-intermediate work. This was a nice second option to WR1 D.K. Metcalf, who is more of a deep-play threat.

With Roman Wilson ruled out and Michael Pittman Jr. on IR, Bernard will have an opportunity against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to build on last week’s performance. The Buccaneers are currently ranked 12th against WRs in full PPR leagues, but two of their games were against bottom-ten passing offenses. This squad can be vulnerable against better competition, as George Pickens erupted for 130 receiving yards in Week Five.

Tampa Bay will likely be without former All-Pro safety Antoine Winfield, who is expected to miss at least one more week with a rib fracture. That should open opportunities for Bernard and this Pittsburgh offense, making him a solid pick on the fantasy football streamers list.

2) Tyler Higbee Versus Arizona Cardinals

While Colby Parkinson is listed as the starter on the Los Angeles Rams depth chart, Tyler Higbee has been Matthew Stafford’s favorite tight end target. Even in Puka Nacua’s return, Higbee still had his third straight game with at least five catches and 60 yards. The tight end pecking order was uncertain at the start of the season. With Terrance Ferguson still out, predictions are that Parkinson will play mostly on run plays, while Higbee handles the receiving work.

Next up for the Rams are the Arizona Cardinals, who have allowed the most points per game this season and the eighth-most passing yards. Against TEs, the Cardinals have allowed the sixth-most points to tight ends in PPR leagues. In four of the first five games against Arizona, a tight end has at least five catches and 58 yards. Those numbers are enough to have Higbee on the fantasy football streamers list.

3) Jameis Winston Versus New Orleans Saints

Third on the fantasy football streamers roster is an oldie but a goodie, quarterback Jameis Winston. The Winston Experience continues at home this week, as the New York Giants host the New Orleans Saints. It will be the third start this season for the veteran QB since taking over for Jaxson Dart, and the numbers for Winston have improved in each outing. In his last two starts, the man known as Famous Jameis has 576 passing yards, six TDs, and two interceptions.

While the Saints are solid yardage-wise against the pass (12th best), they have still surrendered 30.2 points per game (second worst). No offense has completely wet the bed against the New Orleans, as every QB has thrown for at least 200 yards and a TD this season.

Another game with 300-plus yards and three touchdowns may be asking too much out of Winston, but somewhere in the 220-yard, two-TD range feels reasonable. Even with the multiple-turnover outing on the table, it should still be a solid floor game for the 12-year veteran. Winston should be a worthy choice from the fantasy football streamers list in place of Goff or Burrow.

4) Indianapolis Colts Defense Versus Tennessee Titans

The Indianapolis Colts, who take on their division rival Tennessee Titans this week, are fourth on the fantasy football streamers list. The Colts have an opportunity to get back on track defensively after allowing 34 points to the Steelers in Week Five. Tennessee has the worst offense overall, ranking dead last in total yards per game (246.4) and points (11.6).

This has translated to the Titans allowing the fifth-most fantasy points to defenses so far this season (via The Football Database). It has been a bit of a rollercoaster for this Indianapolis defense, but the team started the season facing Lamar Jackson and Patrick Mahomes. The Colts will not face that caliber of QB this week (with all due respect to Cam Ward) and should be in an excellent get-right spot.

5) Kendre Miller At New York Giants

Last on the fantasy football streamers roster is Saints running back Kendre Miller in that matchup against the Giants. Veteran RB Alvin Kamara is still listed as the starter, but he is dealing with a back issue and only had five touches in Week Five. Meanwhile, Miller had his first double-digit carry game of the season and found the end zone against that stout Vikings’ defense.

Even if Kamara plays in Week Six, he could be limited again. That could lead to Miller handling most of the goal-line work to limit the wear on Kamara. New Orleans gets a much more favorable matchup this week, as the G-Men have surrendered the ninth-most rushing yards this season while allowing 5.2 yards per carry. Miller should find running lanes this week, making him a solid choice to close out the fantasy football streamers list.

End Of My Fantasy Football Streamers Rant

This is the second bye-week of the season, and double the teams are getting rest this week. One of those squads, the Miami Dolphins, were not discussed, because why should they be? If fantasy owners were relying on anyone on that team besides De’Von Achane, it may already be too late. Hopefully, that is not the case for most of you, and the 2026 fantasy title is still well within reach. This week’s fantasy football streamers roster should help keep owners in the race until the studs return next week.
