Fantasy football is all about finding upside in the late rounds of drafts. Most of the time, these players are young rookies who are looking to break out. These players listed are more established names who have moved on to new teams in hopes of getting back to their high-end playing capabilities.

Stefon Diggs

Stefon Diggs is not only joining a new team, but he is also coming off a serious injury. He will be entering 2025 as a top target for Drake Maye on the New England Patriots. He is in a great situation where he is the clear veteran in a room otherwise filled with young, unproven talent.

Diggs is currently listed as WR40 in fantasy, and he has a great opportunity to outperform that. He should see a ton of targets and could be a top-tier flex play almost every week.

Davante Adams

Davante Adams has been a great fantasy football receiver for many years now, and that should not change as he enters his 12th NFL season. He will be WR2 behind Puka Nacua in the Los Angeles Rams offense, but that doesn’t mean he won’t be a top receiver in 2025.

Adams is WR16 in fantasy this season, and he is ranked in a great spot. Rams WR2 is the best position to be in for a second receiver, as the targets won’t diminish too much in Sean McVay’s high-volume passing attack. He also should see a ton of redzone targets, raising his fantasy ceiling even higher.

Evan Engram

Evan Engram is going into his first season with the Denver Broncos. He will be a top target of Bo Nix and could realistically end the season as a top TE in all of fantasy football. His only competition for real targets is Courtland Sutton.

Engram is the TE9 and is being drafted 4 rounds after Sam Laporta, who he could easily outperform. He was a great TE option last season, and his new home will certainly help him reach elite status once again.

End Of My Fantasy Rant

Fantasy football drafts are in full effect, and these players will help win fantasy championships. Even if they are older, they have been put in great situations that make their ceiling even higher. Engram and Diggs are in a great spot for increased targets, and Adams should see lots of red-zone targets.
