Trick Williams Defeated Johnny Gargano
Zayn, Gargano, and Candice LeRae opened with a promo, suggesting that Mr. Money in the Bank Penta should challenge WWE World Heavyweight Champion “The OTC” Roman Reigns instead. This promo was interrupted by Williams, who has an ongoing rivalry with the champ and was a Money in the Bank participant.
Zayn and Williams traded digs before Gargano stepped in and warned the US champ that he’s all sizzle, no steak. A match started then and there, and it was a relatively physical affair. It’s nice to see Johnny putting on entertaining matches again, even if he took the loss in this case.
Paige Defeated Nikki Bella
Paige and Bella continued their stale, friend-turned-foe storyline. The singles match moved slowly, with both competitors taking turns executing spots. The pacing made the contest feel more like mid-card filler than a meaningful development in their rivalry.
The finish was equally boring. Bella attempted a roll-up, but Paige reversed it into her own pinfall attempt. The referee counted to three, ending the match.

R-Truth Suffers Apparent Injury Against Damian Priest
In another former tag-team-turned-enemies storyline, Truth and Priest went one-on-one. The segment ended in unfortunate fashion when the referee threw up an X to signal an apparent injury. Priest won by referee stoppage, and his concerned expression was noticeable as he left the ring.
Alexa Bliss & Tatum Paxley Confront Fatal Influence
Bliss and Paxley took the ring for their first promo as champs, but were quickly interrupted by Fatal Influence. The champs welcomed the challenge as Henley and Reid tried to rush them. After a short brawl, the new champs ended up on top.

Ricky Saints Disqualified In Championship Match Against Rey Fenix
Few matches get any better than this. Saints and Fenix combined high-flying offense with believable physicality, creating a fast-paced contest filled with impressive reversals. Saints pushed the referee into the ropes as Fenix prepared to finish the match, but the move backfired. The official disqualified the challenger after the confrontation.
Randy Orton Jumps Cody Rhodes During Match Against Baron Corbin
Rhodes came to the ring expecting the advertised face-to-face with Orton. Instead, Corbin’s music played, and a brief brawl followed. A referee was swiftly sent out for the match. The Viper jumped The American Nightmare mid-match, forcing the referee to throw it out.
Orton beat Rhodes around the outside of the ring before throwing him back. The Viper set up for a punt, but it was reversed into a Cody Cutter. Corbin rushed The American Nightmare from there, but actually ended up on the worse end of that exchange.

After being accused of being too hesitant over recent weeks, Rhodes tried to buck the moniker. With Corbin set up for a punt, he immediately pulled the trigger. Orton and The American Nightmare locked eyes to end the show.
