Where Do Top Eagles Players Rank In The Latest Madden 24 Ratings?

The highly popular Madden video game series will be releasing it's 2024 version on August 18th. EA Sports is already giving fans a look at where some of the most popular players are rated. With the Philadelphia Eagles being one of the better teams in the NFL, they have several that are ranked near the top. Let's take a look at their highest rated players according to the video game.

Jalen Hurts, Fifth (88 Overall)

After a spectacular 2022 season Hurts comes in with an 88 rating. This is 14 points higher than last year where the game put him at 74. With just 4 quarterbacks ahead of him, Hurts is now considered one of the better QBs in the league. He's come a long way since he entered the league as Carson Wentz' backup in 2020. He's gotten better year after year, so could 2023 be his best yet?

Jason Kelce, First (92 Overall)

Despite being a sixth-round draft pick in 2011, Kelce has played more like a future Hall of Famer rather than a late-round selection. He's consistently been one of the top ranked centers over the past several years. His performance last year resulted in the Eagles having one of the best offensive lines in the league.

Offensive Tackle

Lane Johnson, First (98 Overall)

Johnson is another long tenured Eagles having been with the team since being drafted fourth overall in 2013. He's anchored the offensive line for several quarterbacks over the years, but none more dynamic than quarterback Jalen Hurts. Philly's QB can run and throw, which keeps defenses guessing, but it's more difficult for the O-Line also. Johnson is another future Hall of Famer on Philadelphia's offensive line. With a 98 rating, he is also the highest rated Eagle according to the game.

Wide Receiver

A.J. Brown, T-Ninth (91 Overall)

After a successful first three seasons with the Tennessee Titans, Brown elevated his game to the next level since being traded to the Eagles. In his first season in Philly, he recorded 88 catches for nearly 1,500 yards and 11 touchdowns. He'll look to have another great season as Jalen Hurts' number one target.

Edge Rusher

Haason Reddick, T-Eighth (90 Overall)

Reddick went to Philadelphia last offseason as a free agent and had his best season as a pro with 16 sacks and five forced fumbles. He was named to his first ever Pro-Bowl and looks to build upon that success this year.

Darius Slay, Sixth (92 Overall)

With an elite cornerback duo of Darius Slay and James Bradberry, Slay was the only Eagle in the top 10. It's the third straight year that Madden ranked him a 92. Since coming over from the Detroit Lions in 2020, Slay has made the Pro Bowl the last two seasons and has helped the Eagles' pass defense immensely.
