The Cowboys have won two straight games to move to 3-2 on the season after taking down the Steelers 20-17. In the game's dying seconds, Dak Prescott found Jalen Tolbert in the endzone on 4th and goal for the go-ahead touchdown.

Prescott finished the game with 29-42 throwing, 352 yards, two touchdowns, two interceptions, and a 90.6 rating.

2024 Stats: 3-2 record, 65 completion percentage, 1,448 yards, nine touchdowns, four interceptions, and a 92.9 rating.

  1. Kirk Cousins, Atlanta Falcons

Last Week: Unranked

Kirk Cousins joins the top 10 quarterback power rankings list for the first time this season and did it in style. Captain Kirk shredded the Bucs’ defense, exploding for 509 passing yards, a career game-high, a franchise record, and the most yards thrown in a game this season. He completed the game with 42-58 throwing for 509 yards, four touchdowns, one interception, and a 114.8 rating.

Cousins led an 80-yard drive with 1:14 seconds left in the fourth quarter to set up a game-tying field goal to send the game into overtime. With momentum, Atlanta got the ball first and drove down the field in four plays, capped off with a KhaDarel Hodge 45-yard touchdown catch. The win marked the veteran’s 31st game-winning drive.

2024 Stats: 3-2 record, 67 completion percentage, 1,371 yards, eight touchdowns, five interceptions, and a 93.7 rating.

  1. Baker Mayfield, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Last Week: 8th

Baker Mayfield was very efficient in the shootout loss to division rival, Atlanta Falcons. On 24 pass attempts, he completed 19 balls for 180 yards, three touchdowns, and a 137.5 rating. He also took advantage of the Falcons’ defense leaving lanes open as he ran for 42 yards on six carries.

Baker and Mike Evans continue to put up big numbers in their second year together. Mayfield found Evans for a touchdown not once, but twice. He also completed a four-yard score to Sterling Shepard.

2024 Stats: 3-2 record, 72 completion percentage, 1,271 yards, 13 touchdowns, two interceptions, and a 112.2.

  1. Patrick Mahomes, Kansas City Chiefs

Last Week: 10th

The Chiefs roll to 5-0 after a primetime 26-13 win over the Saints. Mahomes has another solid game, despite having no Rashee Rice.

On 39 throws, Mahomes completed 28 balls for 331 yards, one interception, and an 86.6 rating. He trusted Juju Smith-Schuster for much of the game as the receiver scored 130 yards on seven grabs. Kelce and Mahomes also had another big week as the tight end went for nine catches for 70 yards.

2024 Stats: 5-0 record, 69 completion percentage, 1,318 yards, six touchdowns, six interceptions, and an 88.9 rating.

  1. CJ Stroud, Houston Texans

Last Week: 9th

The Texans win a close one against the Bills behind a big game from CJ Stroud and a last-second field goal from Ka’imi Fairbairn. Stroud and Nico Collins continue to make a case for the best QB-WR duo after a 67-yard score late in the first quarter.

Stroud completed 74% of his throws for 331 yards, one touchdown, one interception, and a 97.6 rating.

2024 Stats: 4-1 record, 69 completion percentage, 1,453 yards, seven touchdowns, three interceptions, and a 98.2 rating.

  1. Sam Darnold, Minnesota Vikings

Last Week: 1st

Sam Darnold comes back down to Earth with a subpar performance in Week 5. Darnold completed 14 balls on 31 throws for 179 yards, one interception, and a 50.3 rating. It’s his first game with no touchdowns and his second game with under 200 yards.

The Jets stout defense made it tough on Darnold. A Minnesota pick-six, short fields, and a lot of Jets defensive penalties made it hard for Darnold to put up the usual numbers we have seen.

2024 Stats: 5-0 record, 64 completion percentage, 1,172 yards, 11 touchdowns, four interceptions, and a 103.4 rating.

  1. Joe Burrow, Cincinnati Bengals

Last Week: 6th

The Joe Burrow and Ja’Marr Chase connection is better than ever as the two hook up for 10 receptions, 193 yards, and two touchdowns. The duo has five touchdowns in the last three games, all 30+ yard scores.

Burrow slung the ball 39 times completing 30 passes for 392 yards, five touchdowns, one interception, and a 137 rating. His five touchdowns are the most thrown in one week by a QB in 2024. Despite the big numbers, The Bengals fall in overtime and move to 1-4 on the season.

2024 Stats: 1-4 record, 72 completion percentage, 1,409 yards, 12 touchdowns, two interceptions, and a 113.6 rating.

  1. Geno Smith, Seattle Seahawks

Last Week: 3rd

The Seahawks lose their second straight game as they fall to the short-handed Giants 29-20. The Giants front seven was too much for Seattle, sacking Geno Smith seven times.

In the loss, Smith completed 28-40 passes for 284 yards, one touchdown, and a 98.3 rating. He was most effective in the ground game due to the poor rushing attack from Kenneth Walker. On four rushes, he accumulated 72 yards, his longest being a 32-yarder.

2024 Stats: 3-2 record, 72 completion percentage, 1,612 yards, six touchdowns, four interceptions, and a 92.7 rating.

  1. Jayden Daniels, Washington Commanders

The Washington Commanders’ offense continues to roll as they put 34+ points in their third consecutive game.

Jayden Daniels had another solid game versus one of the league's best defenses. The rookie went 14-25 throwing for 238 yards, one touchdown, one interception, and a 85.1 rating. He tacked on 82 rushing yards on 11 attempts.

2024 Stats: 4-1 record, 77 completion percentage, 1,435 yards, eight touchdowns, two interceptions, and a 106.2 rating.

  1. Lamar Jackson, Baltimore Ravens

Lamar Jackson

Last Week: 4th

Lamar Jackson didn’t have to throw much in the last two Ravens' games, but his arm was needed in the shootout against the Bengals. On 42 pass attempts, Jackson completed 26 for 348 yards, four touchdowns, and a 119.9 rating. He tacked on 55 rushing yards on 12 carries.

His best play came after fumbling a snap. After picking the ball up he was swarmed by Cincy defenders and rolled out to his right, stiff-arming a Bengal down. After his escape, he found Isiah Likley in the endzone for the tight end's second touchdown of the day.

2024 Stats: 3-2 record, 65 completion percentage, 1,569 yards, 11 touchdowns, one interception, and a 107.2 rating.
