Tyreek Hill Makes Important Career Decision That Will Make Dolphins Fans Cry
Tyreek Hill is one of the most explosive receivers in the NFL. The Kansas City Chiefs drafted him in the fifth round of the 2016 National Football League Draft, and he has been one of the best receivers since.
While the Miami Dolphins receiver is now 30 years old, he is nowhere near slowing down. But Hill has recently made it known that he hopes to stay in Miami for the rest of his career.
Tyreek Hill Hopes To Retire A Miami Dolphin Eventually
Tyreek Hill, 30, loves Miami. The former West Alabama star has talked about retirement, stating he would like to play for three more years. Whether he follows through with his plans or calls it a career earlier or later, there is a perfect chance Cheetah will stay in South Beach for the rest of his career.
Quarterback Tua Tagovailoa's favorite weapon, Hill, led the league in receiving yards in 2023, falling just short of his goal of becoming the first wide receiver to hit 2,000 yards in a season. In the past two seasons, Tyreek has had 1,700+ yards each season and 20 total touchdowns. No one in the NFL has more yards in that span than Hill.
After reaching 10,000 career receiving yards last season, Hill could realistically reach 100 career receiving touchdowns in the next few years as well. There is no need to worry about his contract situation, as Hill is making $30 million each season until 2027, which makes him one of the highest-paid wide receivers in the National Football League.
Tyreek Hill and the Miami Dolphins have big aspirations in 2024. They look forward to making a deep playoff run and ending Miami's longest playoff win drought since 2008.
