Tom Brady Is Set To Come Out Of Retirement For This Painful NFL Team

Updated: Jun 10, 2023

The greatest quarterback of all time called his playing career in March, but he is not done with the NFL after all. A report from ESPN stated that Brady is set to become a minority owner for the Las Vegas Raiders.

Raiders’ owner Mark Davis told ESPN’s @PGutierrezESPN: “We have come to an agreement for Tom Brady to become a partner in the Raiders and we have submitted it to the NFL for approval. We’re excited for Tom to join the Raiders.” More coming soon on https://t.co/rDZaVFhKto. — Adam Schefter (@AdamSchefter) May 22, 2023

Raiders owner Mark Davis confirmed that Brady will be part of the ownership group for the team once the NFL approves it.

Tom Brady Is Now A Owner

I think we can finally put the talks of him coming back to play to rest. Brady looks to be all about the business side of the NFL now and he even signed a contract with Fox to start broadcasting games after next season. There was a report earlier this month that Brady was close to walking away from the deal, but it was never confirmed.

Maybe Tom Brady is going to walk away from the deal because he is now part owner of an NFL team. A lot of Raider fans probably still can’t stand Tom Brady from the tuck rule game back in the postseason of 2001 when Brady got the ball stripped from his hands late in the game and the officials said his arm was moving forward and it was an incomplete pass.

The Patriots would go on to win that game and then go on to win the Super Bowl.

I think Raiders fans are probably over something that happened over 20 years ago, but they better be over it now since Brady is now an owner of their football team.

I like this move for Tom Brady and hopefully, the Raiders will have success with him.
