Texas Rangers Star Player Undergoes Surgery
The Texas Rangers are coming off a World Series season and looking to defend their crown with spring training starting right around the corner, but the team did receive some negative and positive news on Tuesday.
World Series MVP shortstop Corey Seager underwent surgery for a sports hernia, but the positive news is the Rangers are hopeful he will be ready for opening day.
Of course, you never want to see one of your players have to get surgery, but it happened in the offseason and shouldn't likely affect too much when the regular season comes.
