2022-23 National Football League Preview: NFC East
Which National Football League team is going to win the NFC East this season?
There is more parity than ever before in the National Football League and this season is full of it. There are so many different teams who could take home the Lombardi trophy this season and most of them play in the AFC. The NFC does have its contenders but it is pretty thin for the first time in a long time. Regardless of what happens. It is sure to be a season full of incredible plays and incredible moments all culminating in one winner being crowned as Super Bowl champions in 2023.
Division winners are always a hot topic before the season starts and much like the super bowl winner, some of these division winners are hard to pick as well. Especially in such a loaded AFC where 13 out of the 16 teams could potentially end up as a division winning playoff team. That is certainly what I’m most looking forward to watching this season is how the teams in the AFC perform whereas the NFC is a little more cut and dry and you should know we expect to be the winners in that conference.
2022-23 NFL Season Predictions-NFC
NFC East
Dallas Cowboys
The Dallas Cowboys are the clear favorites in the NFC East division in my opinion as they have the best quarterback and running back in the division. Dak Prescott is capable of putting up video game numbers even without Amari Cooper this season. A healthy offensive line and Zeke Elliot provides one of the best running games in the league, especially when he is backed up by a guy like Tony Pollard who is a serviceable running back in his own right. This is a Cowboys team that should easily bring home the NFC East division championship this season.
Philadelphia Eagles
The Philadelphia Eagles are going to be a solid team during the 2022–23 national football league season. They picked up a solid wide receiver in AJ Brown to complement Devonta Smith and Jalen Hurts. Miles Sanders should be the featured back in this all fence as they have the potential to challenge Dallas for the division crown however I think they will come up just short and snag a wildcard spot in a very top heavy NFC. If everything falls into place for Philadelphia they could be a very sneaky wildcard team as well.
Washington Commanders
The Washington Commanders brought in a new quarterback over the offseason as they will be starting Carson Wentz instead of Taylor Heinicke this season. A healthy defense and a healthy Antonio Gibson are the keys to this Washington Commanders season and they could have a lot of success if everything falls into place. However, the Washington commanders will be facing a lot of stress off the field after their scandal with their owner Dan Snyder and that could potentially distract them on the field during this National Football League season.
New York Giants
In my opinion the New York Giants are the clear favorites to finish in last place of this division. With all the turmoil going on in the locker room with the supposed requested exit of Kadarius Toney among other players it could end up being a long season for the G-men. There are still questions surrounding Daniel Jones’ future as quarterback of his team as well as most people don’t believe he has what it takes to get the job done as a starting quarterback in the league. It will be interesting to see how this team performs over the course of the National Football League season.
