It seems like Marcus Rashford’s time with Manchester United is up. Ruben Amorim reportedly doesn’t want Rashford to return to the team.

Manchester United Rejecting Rashford

Since Amorim became in charge, it was clear that he and Rashford don’t see eye to eye. The manager spoke out several times about how he doesn’t agree with Rashford’s attitude and commitment to Manchester United.

According to Daily Star, Amorim previously said:

“I couldn’t get Marcus to see the way you’re supposed to play football and to train the way I see it. Sometimes you have one player that is really good with one coach, and the same player with another coach is different.”

This fallout was enough for Manchester United to loan Rashford to Aston Villa in January.

Rashford Finding Success at Villa

Luckily for Rashford, he found success so far while at Aston Villa. Now with Unai Emery, it seems like the England international will return to his former glory.

Rashford has so far had four assists in nine matches with Villa, which helped the team a lot of times.

The End Of Rashford’s Time At Manchester United

Daily Star has also reported that despite Rashford performing well steadily, Amorim will not welcome him back.

The head coach wants to sign an elite striker in the summer, which will leave Rashford with no spot. Now, Manchester United are looking to sell him.

Receiving Bids For Rashford

The reports also said that Manchester United bosses are looking to sell Rashford as soon as possible.

Apparently, the club has set Rashford’s price to be £60 million. If he performed even better than he does right now, this price is likely to increase. Of course, this is something the club will be hoping for.

So far, Aston Villa are the most likely club to permanently sign Rashford. The England international himself is reported to be interested in staying with Villa and under Emery’s guidance.

Rashford Should Leave Manchester United

Everyone can probably see that time is up for Rashford at his boyhood club. It doesn’t seem like Amorim would be leaving anytime soon, and if he stayed then Rashford won’t be welcomed.

It is clear that Rashford will never be part of Amorim’s plans. The right career move would be to move on from United to a club that would appreciate him more.

As long as Rashford is playing, he has more chances of being part of Thomas Tuchel’s plans for the national team.

End Of My Manchester United Rant

I think it is quite unfortunate that Rashford’s story with United will end in this way. He, however, still has a chance to prove himself once again. He might even make Manchester United regret their decision.
