The Fantasy football season never truly ends, and this is exactly why. The NFL draft has concluded, and the NFL season is inching closer. Looking at some of the deeper-round players who could fill out fantasy rosters with upside is always important.

Chris Brazzell was one of the most underrated WRs in this year’s draft class. He is 6’5 with elite speed, posing as a great vertical threat for Bryce Young and the Carolina Panthers. There’s a direct path to a role for Brazzell, making him a fantastic pickup for that last fantasy bench spot.

Chris Bell, WR, Miami Dolphins

Chris Bell is a big, physical receiver from Louisville. The Miami Dolphins underwent a lot of roster turnover, and the receiver position is wide open. Bell could realistically see immediate playing time, and his skillset is fit to see a ton of targets across the middle.

Eli Stowers, TE, Philadelphia Eagles

Eli Stowers is definitely someone to keep on the bench early in the fantasy season, but he could be a huge asset later on. Dallas Goedert is a frequent visitor to the injury report, and Stowers is primed to be his eventual replacement for the Philadelphia Eagles. He is a great receiver with positional versatility.

Demond Claiborne, RB, Minnesota Vikings

Demond Claiborne was a personal RB2 in this year’s draft class. His patience is elite, and he makes the most of it with his home run speed. He can get through a hole and be in the end zone before the defense has time to react. The Minnesota Vikings should provide him with a good opportunity, making him someone to keep an eye on in fantasy.

Brenen Thompson, WR, Los Angeles Chargers

Brenen Thompson is an interesting pick, mostly in part due to his big-play ability. He features track-level speed and can house any pass. He will certainly be featured in Mike McDaniels offense, the question is how much? If he can earn the trust to be out there for 50% of the snaps or more, he could be worth a fantasy roster spot.

End Of My Fantasy Rant

The fantasy football season is still months away, but it’s never too early to get prepared. These rookies could be worth roster spots when picking at the end of the draft due to their huge upside and potential.
