Bron Breakker needs out of The Vision, and the exit should happen the moment the Oba Femi program ends. Every week inside that group makes the most physically gifted wrestler of his class look smaller.
The clearest evidence came when Breakker asked Paul Heyman to tell him who the future is. A generational athlete requesting confirmation from a manager is not a monster, and the segment played like a kid asking for a permission slip.
Oba Femi seized the opening immediately. The Ruler mocked Breakker to his face while the faction stood around, which turned the supposed powerhouse of the group into the punchline of somebody else’s coronation.
Storytelling that makes one member the joke while the rival looks like royalty has a problem at the center. The problem is the faction.
The Shield remains the template. Three world champions came out of that group precisely because the alliance exploded and set all three men loose. The breakup did more for Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, and Dean Ambrose than the partnership ever did.
The Vision runs the opposite direction. Every month spent as the muscle behind a wise man makes Breakker look more like hired help and less like a force nobody can control.
Monsters do not have handlers. Monsters do not ask questions, seek approval, or wait for somebody else to explain the pecking order to them.
Breakker meets Femi at Sunday Night’s Main Event, and the result matters far less than what follows. A win establishes him against the hottest act in the company, and a loss gives him the grievance that justifies blowing up the group.
Win or lose, the same next step follows. Breakker should walk away from The Vision, refuse the guidance, and become the wrestler who ran through NXT without needing anybody standing behind him.
The betrayal version works even better than a clean walkout. Getting jumped by the group he carried gives the audience a reason to invest immediately, and turns three opponents into a fall’s worth of television.
Walking out under his own power still works. Letting The Vision turn on Breakker gives him the sympathy of a man cast out, plus a stable of opponents to work through on the way up.
The NXT run is the proof of concept nobody should have forgotten. Breakker held that championship twice and dominated the brand without a manager, a faction, or a wise man explaining his own value to him. Arriving on the main roster required none of those additions.
WWE also has the Steiner name to work with, and legacy acts land hardest when the wrestler carrying the name looks self-made rather than assembled. A Breakker who answers to nobody sells that instantly. A Breakker who checks in with management does not.

Breakker’s ceiling is the top of the entire company, and the ceiling drops a little every month he spends as somebody else’s muscle. WWE has a 28-year-old with the frame, the athleticism, and the family pedigree to headline WrestleMania for a decade, and the current booking has him seeking career advice on television.
The tag championship situation makes the point twice over. Breakker stepped into that role after Logan Paul was injured and has looked visibly uninterested ever since. Main event talent parked in a supporting assignment always looks exactly like that.
Light the fuse. The single best thing available to this career is The Vision turning on Breakker. A wrestler who fights his way out of a faction arrives on the other side as something audiences believe in. Breakker does not need Heyman to tell him who the future is. Breakker needs to walk out of that dressing room and prove it.
