It’s been disappointing for fans of the New York Giants, both in the win column and with the injury bug. Week 13 of NFL Monday Night Football only put salt in their wounds. The blow of the Gunner Olszewski and Tyrone Tracy injuries may sting worse than the 33-15 loss to the New England Patriots. Not only did quarterback Drake Maye and friends put up seventeen unanswered points in the first quarter, but the Giants now have even more to worry about with the injury losses.
Tyrone Tracy Injury
After being a ghost in the first half under the shadow of running back Devin Singletary, Tracy was bumped up to a starter at halftime. On a play where the initial concern was a head injury or concussion, the Tracy injury was clear when he was seen limping off the field. It was Patriots’ linebacker Anfernee Jennings with the tackle. Leaving the game early in the fourth quarter, Tracy was seen being carted shortly after. The outlook is ongoing, but in the meantime, fantasy football managers can make Singletary a waiver wire focus.

Gunner Olszewski Injury
Olszewski also had a scary helmet-to-helmet moment. With 3:23 left in the first half, Patriots’ linebacker Christian Elliss went full Big Bad Blastoise with the Skull Bash on the already tied-up receiver. He was blasted in the helmet so hard that it scraped off an entire ‘n’ off the team logo. This is also ongoing, with the future of both uncertain.
Jaxson Dart Injury Concerns
The Patriots were dominant, making it a scrappy, physical affair throughout. Giants’ quarterback Jaxson Dart took the most physical tackle you can and still be certain it was clean. This man was sent flying like a frisbee as Dart’s physical approach to the game continues to be a topic for the team, but isn’t it easier to chain a tiger than convince a mouse?

End Of My Tyrone Tracy Injury Rant
Fans of the team deserve some grace for the injuries that have hit the promising team this season. These two join wide receiver Malik Nabers and running back Cam Skattebo as major injury headlines this year, and that’s far from a complete list.
