NFL agent Nicole Lynn made history at the 2025 NFL Draft as the only woman—and the only Black woman—to represent not one, but three first-round draft picks. In an industry dominated by men, Lynn’s success isn’t just groundbreaking, but redefining who truly belongs at the highest levels of football representation. As President of Football for Klutch Sports Group, she’s guided three elite athletes, Tyler Booker, Malaki Starks, and Jihaad Campbell, into the NFL’s first round, setting a new standard for women and people of color in sports.
About Nicole Lynn
Lynn has become one of the most influential figures in professional football. A graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Law, Lynn began her career in finance, where she interned with the NFL Players Association (NFLPA), before breaking barriers as both a certified NFL and NBA agent. In 2019, she became the first Black woman to represent a top-three pick in the NFL Draft. In 2023, she negotiated the record-breaking $255 million contract for quarterback Jalen Hurts, then the largest deal in NFL history. Now, Lynn continues to pave the way for women and Black professionals in the sports industry.

“It’s such an uphill battle to be a sports agent in general, and more difficult being a woman, and I would say two times as difficult being a Black woman and under the age of 30,” Lynn said in a Glamour July 2019 feature. “I never really listened to the noise, and there was a lot of it. I think that is one of the reasons I am where I am.”

“The adversity I experienced as a child definitely shaped my mindset as an adult,” Lynn said. “I knew that I wanted to escape that life, and I had to work hard to do it. So I have always done just that. I owe every bit of success I’ve achieved to my extremely dedicated work ethic and my unwavering faith in God.”
Tyler Booker — Dallas Cowboys (Round 1, Pick 12)
Tyler Booker, a 6-foot-5, 321-pound guard and dominant force on Alabama’s offensive line, was widely regarded as one of the top interior linemen in the 2025 NFL Draft. At the Combine, Booker ran a 5.38-second 40-yard dash and recorded a twenty-seven-inch vertical jump.
“I love to win, and I hate to lose,” Booker said at his introductory press conference. “I lost too much this past year. I lost too much, a lot more than I should have, in college. Me being in Alabama, I left without a national championship, and that’s something that’s going to burn at me for the rest of my life, so I’m going to bring that burning passion and desire with me to the NFL and transfer that over to wanting to win Super Bowls.”

His blend of strength, footwork and football IQ made him a natural fit for the Cowboys, who are rebuilding up front.
NFL Draft Grade: B
Malaki Starks — Baltimore Ravens (Round 1, Pick 27)
Malaki Starks, a 6-foot-1, 197-pound playmaking safety out of Georgia, turned heads throughout his college career with elite range and ball skills. Next Gen Stats gave him a Production Score of 78 and an Athleticism Score of 67.
“Once again, the Ravens allowed the board to fall to them and simply took the best player available,” said ESPN’s Jordan Reid. “Starks doesn’t play a position of immediate need, but the Ravens don’t bypass talent to reach for needs at certain positions. With the recent release of Marcus Williams, Starks could start right away at free safety and be another crucial performer for an already versatile secondary.”
His aggressive style and fierce dedication made him a seamless fit for the Ravens’ hard-nosed defense.

Jihaad Campbell — Philadelphia Eagles (Round 1, Pick 31)
Jihaad Campbell, a 6-foot-3, 235-pound dynamic linebacker out of Alabama, brings versatility, high speed, and production to the Eagles’ already-dominant defense.

“Man, he’s a great player, said assistant general manager Alec Halaby. “I love watching him play. He’s springy, he’s explosive– there are a ton of adjectives you can use to describe him.”
According to NFL Next Gen Stats, Campbell ranked as one of the most complete linebacker prospects in the 2025 draft class and fell to the No. 31 overall pick. He earned a Total Score of 82, tied for the highest among linebackers, fueled by a Production Score of 78 and an Athleticism Score of 82. His elite testing at the NFL Combine and consistent on-field performance made him a top-tier defensive talent—and a key piece for the Philadelphia Eagles’ future.

End Of My Representation At The NFL Draft Rant
While NFL agents often operate behind the scenes, Nicole Lynn’s impact is impossible to ignore. As the only woman and only Black woman to represent multiple first-round picks in the 2025 NFL Draft, Lynn shattered expectations in a space long dominated by men. She is proving that excellence has no gender or color. With Booker, Starks, and Campbell all hearing their names called on Day 1, Lynn’s draft success wasn’t just great, it was historic.
